somehow i’m not impressed
so, it’s been a while.
things have been moving fast in the last two weeks. i went to east lansing for welcome week. i had a job interview. i dropped acid. i said good-bye to boomer and kyle…
it’s going to be so hard. this is the break i wanted when i chose to come home. time to focus on myself and figure out what direction i’m taking in life. but, this break means i’ll have to be separated from two of my closest friends for months. “friends.” i’m not sure that word can really capture how influential the two have been on my life. sigh, boomer in montreal. kyle in baltimore. the cities aren’t even close enough to visit them at the same time. i’m not sure who to visit first and when.
it’ll be lindsay and me now. everyone else is at state, and nick goes back to ann arbor. tj will be around, but i hope he stops living on my couch when classes start.
